Floor hinge adalah merupakan jenis engsel pivot (pivot hinge) yang dilengkapi dengan door closer agar pintu dapat menutup kembali. Pada umumnya diaplikasikan pada pintu-pintu yang sifatnya public seperti koridor, lobby atau pintu masuk kantor dan sejenisnya. Dekkson terdapat banyak tipe floor hinge yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi pintu, salah satunya adalah tipe FH 84. Tipe ini dapat diaplikasikan pada pitu kayu, aluminium, besi dan kaca frameless yang dikombinasikan dengan patch fitting. Floor hinge Dekkson FH 84 mempunyai beberapa “feature” dan kelebihan antara lain :
